I was born in the city of Sofia, the capital of Bulgaria. I began to draw and paint at a very young age. Started my Art education at High School and then graduated with Masters degree from University of Forestry, majoring in Interior and Furniture Design. Worked as a Furniture Designer in Sofia for few years and then in 2004 me and my husband moved to United States. Since then I live in Boston, Massachusetts, working as a free lance artist. We have been traveling quite extensively and have taken many photographs of different scenes that later I painted. I use palette knife, painting in oils and using a thick impasto technique to produce texture to my landscape, cityscape and seascape paintings.
My art can be reflected as very positive through the bright colors I use.
